Death Valley
Desert Flowers- Wed.-Fri.
We observed wildflowers in The Alabama Hills by Lone Pine. At eye level you could see a few large flowers. As you moved closer to the soil many small flowers came into view. In Death Valley various flowers were seen by the edge of road. The only area you could see a slight color carpet was by goldfields by Ashford Mill. Further along the road were some displays of dodder growing on some desert shrubs.
